Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. You can also find your order details and tracking information on the Order History tab within the My Account section. Detailed in-transit tracking is not available for orders shipped to Canada. Please contact returns@notyourchild.com for more info.

Returns & Exchanges?

At Not Your Child Corp. we take pride in providing an amazing shopping experience and superior customer services. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with all contents of the original packaging. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns (please refer to promotion disclaimers for the terms of each offer).

All Apparel must be returned unworn, with all tags still attached.

Not Your Child Corp. offers 3 free return options: (1) return for Not Your Child Corp. Store Credit; (2) exchange for another item; (3) return for a refund* minus a $5.95 restocking fee. Return shipping and handling for non-contiguous US territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APOs, is $12.

Please note that any membership or store credit used to pay for an order will be returned as store credit and will not be eligible for a refund to a credit card.

*Res points associated with the purchase will be deducted from your account if you do choose a refund.

Can I link more than one “Not Your Child” devices to my “Not Your Child” Mobile App?

Yes.

Do I have to buy a sim card for my device?

No. Your Not Your Child G.P.S comes with a specially programmed, securely built in SIM card. Please do not try to remove this SIM as your G.P.S will no longer report to your platform.

Can we travel with our device?

Yes! Your Not Your Child G.P.S will give your family the protection it needs in any of these listed 104 countries. A great tool especially while travelling or vacationing

Can I set separate alerts for my separate children/g.p.s?

Yes. Your Not Your Child devices are completely customizable for your families separate needs and schedules.

Can I be notified of alerts by email as well as S.M.S?

Yes. You can set this preference yourself on your platform.

How do I receive notifications as an S.M.S text to my cell phone?

You may receive notifications/ alerts on your cell phone via S.M.S by following these instructions. Please note that your S.M.S messages are subject to you r cell phone carriers’ fees.

Instructions

You can use the free s.m.s gateway from the carrier to send the notification via s.m.s, to do this the user needs to have an email related with his phone number, he will be able to received txt notification for all email sent to that account using his phone #. For example some carrier provide you an email account assigned to each SIM: this will depend on the carrier.

Can I be alerted of my child’s battery status?

Yes. You may set battery status alerts on your platform.

Does the cell phone TrackNow Phone Software monitor my teens’ social media/ texts and convos?

No. Absolutely not. We believe in giving your children the confidence they need to explore their world while giving you peace of mind by keeping them safe. We Do Not believe in violating your child’s rights of privacy.

What cell phones will the TrackNow Phone Software work on?

All smart phones.

Will the TrackNow Phone Software drain my teens cell phone battery?

No, but If the cell phones G.P.S reporting frequency is set to report very often e.g. once every minute, battery life may be reduced a little faster than usual. From the platform you may also view the battery health and set battery health alerts of the cell phone with the TrackNow Phone Software.

How does the “TrackNow” Phone Software work? do we all have to download?

No. Only the child being protected needs to download the TrackNow Phone Software to their cell phone. You will be able to set alerts and track that cell phone from your web browser platform after securely signing in.
