Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days.


Shipments occur Mondays – Saturdays & Holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, your shipping may be delayed up to 3 business days.


We will always communicate this to you via email.


Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APOs/FPOs do not qualify for Rush Shipping.


Shipment confirmation and order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. You can also find your order details and tracking information on the Order History tab within the My Account section.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Not Your Child Corp. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Not Your Child Corp. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally. Cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Not Your Child Corp loves providing amazing shopping experiences and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with original packaging. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Items must also be returned un-used, with all packaging included.


Not Your Child Corp. offers 3 easy return options:

(1) return for store credit for free

(2) exchange for same item.

(3) return for a refund* minus a $5.00 restocking fee & shipping.

Please note that any store credit used to pay for an order will be returned as store credit and will not be eligible for a refund to a credit card.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item


After we have received your return, refunds will be processed after 3 business days and you will receive an email confirmation of your refund and return.




We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {} and we will contact you with an exchange approval via email

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
